Hard Hat Tour reveals progress of Halcyon Jardin’s Clubhouse

Current and future homeowners at Halcyon Jardin were treated to an exclusive first look at their community's state-of-the-art Clubhouse development during a special Hard Hat Tour event. 

Held on a particularly hot day, with temperatures soaring to 35 degrees, homeowners braved the heat to witness the exciting construction progress, which commenced in September 2024. The tour provided attendees with a unique opportunity to explore the framework, brickwork, external cladding, and roof structures that are shaping what will soon become the heart of their community. 

Designed with flexibility in mind, the clubhouse will offer intimate, cosy spaces as well as larger, open areas to accommodate various gatherings and events. Ultimately, it will serve as an extension of homeowners’ homes, fostering a vibrant and connected community. 

The clubhouse is thoughtfully designed around three key zones: 

Health & Wellness Zone – A space dedicated to keeping homeowners healthy and active, featuring an indoor pool, outdoor spa, gymnasium, yoga deck, and sauna. 

Entertainment Zone – Designed for relaxation and socialisation, this area includes a cinema, games area, and library. 

Social Zone – The perfect place for gathering, socialising, and celebrating, with dining spaces, a dance floor, an alfresco dining deck, a community kitchen, and an indoor/outdoor bar. 

Beyond the clubhouse itself, homeowners can look forward to outstanding external amenities, including three pickleball courts, a bowling green, a community garden, a fire pit area, and BBQ spaces. 

Halcyon Jardin Community Manager, Chris Shepherdson, shared the homeowner’s enthusiasm about the construction progress. 

"The Hard Hat Tour really brought to life the incredible lifestyle our homeowners will enjoy. Seeing their reactions as they viewed what will become their library, cinema, , and entertainment spaces was fantastic. The design truly caters to every interest and activity our community members might want to pursue," Chris said. 

With construction progressing steadily, the completion of the clubhouse is expected to be completed in late-2025, marking another exciting milestone for the Halcyon Jardin community.
