Halcyon Highlands Celebrates Its First Homeowners

Halcyon Highlands has officially welcomed its first homeowners into the vibrant new community last week! 

With four homes settled and six homeowners now living in the neighbourhood, excitement is building as the community continues to grow.

To celebrate, an afternoon tea event was held, with all new homeowners attending the delightful gathering. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, and plenty of conversation. Homeowners shared stories of their recent travels and even pitched in by lending each other tools, reflecting the strong sense of camaraderie already taking shape.

Looking ahead, another four homes are expected to be settled by the end of April, continuing the steady growth of this promising community. The communities future plans are also well underway, with the clubhouse construction progressing towards an anticipated opening in early 2026. In the meantime, a temporary clubhouse will be available for residents to enjoy.

Stage 2 and 3 civil works are set to commence soon, with Metricon set to construct another 39 homes.

Halcyon Highlands is shaping up to be a wonderful place to call home, and its homeowners are already making the most of their new surroundings.
