One of the key differences at Halcyon Promenade? We build 30-40% fewer homes than other communities. That means more green space, more breathing room, and a stronger sense of connection - giving you the lifestyle you truly deserve.

A Community Designed to Flow.
Right from day one, our masterplanning has been about creating a seamlessly connected community. The eastern and western sides of Halcyon Promenade have always been part of one big picture - with a pedestrian link already in place and waiting for the next phase of amenities to take shape.

These exciting western-side community facilities are now in the final stages of design and will include lawn bowls, a resort-style pool, gold class-style cinema, library, function space and bar, hobby shed, and a café.

Civil Works & Construction Update.
With 190 homes set to be occupied on the eastern side by June 2025, the focus is now shifting to Promenade West, where progress is already well underway. Civil works are moving fast, and the first slabs are on track to be poured in early May.

Now Selling: The Belmont Release
