Halcyon Parks' 20th Anniversary
Stockland Halcyon’s oldest community turned 20 in late 2024, a true milestone for Stockland Halcyon and a fantastic opportunity for perspective while we're in the thick of launching multiple new communities across the country.
Originally named Kalana Country Club, Halcyon Parks’ homes started selling from $185,000 just over 20 years ago. Homes within the spacious Caloundra community now list at around $800k.

When celebrating the 20th anniversary of the community at the inaugural Sounds of Spring event in September, Bob and Bev were invited to do the official cake-cutting to mark the occasion.

“Friday 8 November marked 20 years since we took up residence here at Halcyon Parks,” said Bob of the shared milestone.
Bob and Bev are joined by another couple who have been at Halcyon Parks since the 171-home, 36-acre community opened; a true testament to the idyllic lifestyle Halcyon Parks continues to offer.
