Construction at Halcyon Edgebrook is progressing well, and we’re reaching some exciting milestones!
Civils Update
We are now approaching final stages of Civil construction! The community is beginning to take shape.
Here are some aerial shots of the community taken at the end of February. The green spine is beginning to emerge and will become a beautiful, central part of the community.
Housing Construction
Our first homes at Halcyon Edgebrook are due for completion in the coming months. We look forward to welcoming over 40 people to our community with around 24 homes due for completion. Walls are up, roofs are on and internal finishes are being completed! To ensure we’re fully prepared to welcome our first homeowners, construction has begun on the gated entry, letterbox, and front entry statement. This will help establish the signature look and feel of Halcyon communities that we’re well-known for.
Construction is also underway for four beautifully designed display homes. Later this year, you'll have the chance to tour these stunning homes.
We’re in the process of finalizing the detailed plans for the Edgebrook Clubhouse and are excited to reveal what we have in store for the community! We look forward to sharing more information in the coming months.
