Civils
Stage 1 civil construction is complete with Stage 2 & 3 approaching completion. Shadforth will continue to progress through stage 4 with roads being poured currently, to be followed by street lighting and perimeter footpaths. Construction will soon commence on the acoustic wall to the rail corridor in the coming weeks. Road upgrades to the front entry include turning lane into community and foot path from the community externally in the direction towards Beerwah. Road widening works are approaching completion with the next phase of asphalt works resuming in the coming weeks. The entry upgrade is due for completion prior to first settlement.

Chaser
Our sales information centre has commenced construction with underground footings and retaining completed in January and slab poured in February. Frame construction is underway in March alongside the front entry gate structure in April, with the front entry soon taking shape. We are excited to see construction underway at our sales information centre and looking forward to the many exciting activities to take place here for our future information sessions, homebuyer events and milestone events. Our sales team look forward to welcoming guests from mid-2025.

Houses
Homes construction is well underway in Stage 1 with our first slab poured January 2025 and approximately 8 per month ongoing.

Construction progressing well with first homes plastered and painting soon to commence including our four display homes.  We look forward to welcoming our first homeowners mid 2025 with display homes open to the public in August.

Clubhouse
Our first two-storey Halcyon clubhouse design has been completed and pending contractor award. Construction of the clubhouse is due to commence in the coming months with a construction completion  forecast for mid-2026

Landscaping
The landscaping contractors will soon begin on site with Stage 1 landscaping works starting with creek rehabilitation, front entry statement and entry boulevard over the coming months.
