Stockland Halcyon Berwick was named the state’s Residential Park of the Year at the 2023 VicParks Awards, announced at the Gala Dinner last week. 

General Manager of Stockland Halcyon Victoria Mr James Westh was humbled by the industry recognition for Halcyon Berwick, Stockland Halcyon Communities’ first land lease community (LLC) designed for over 55s in the state.

Entrants in Residential Park category were judged on a number of factors including environmental consideration, design innovation, sales results and commitment to the broader community. 

The annual VicParks Awards have been operating for more than 25 years and honour the highest achievers across caravan parks, residential land lease communities and industry suppliers in Victoria.
