The modern workplace is evolving, and Stockland is focussed on developing properties that are flexible to meet the ever-changing needs of employers. MPark is just one of the great examples of how a workplace should be.

From the outset, MPark was designed to be more than the everyday workplace. It was designed to be a space primed for future-focused organisations that won’t settle for the status quo.

Louise Mason Group Executive and CEO Commercial Property Stockland said, “Our vision is to create a stimulating precinct, designed and thoughtfully curated with the needs of our customers in mind. A mix of different indoor and outdoor spaces will be on offer to support workplace flexibility, and enable people to be more productive, healthier, and happier at work.”

Location

Conveniently located in the heart of Macquarie Park, MPark is strategically positioned for growth and innovation.

Sydney’s second largest business district and one of the strongest growing employment centres1, the NSW Government identified Macquarie Park as a priority precinct in 2020 with more than 20,000 jobs and 7,650 new homes2 expected to be created in the next 20 years.

Connectivity is seamless with direct access to the M2 motorway, existing Sydney Metro and the game-changing Metro Extension that promises a mere 18-minute commute to the city.

MPark Stage One

The highly anticipated first stage of this flagship development is underway with the first office building and data centre currently under construction3.

Thoughtfully designed by 3XN, 11 Khartoum Road will be the first workplace building to be delivered bringing health-focused design to the forefront with diverse spaces that will offer more choice in where and how to work.

MPark has been carefully curated to champion different spaces, experiences and connections that create a vibrant work environment. At the heart of Stage 1 is 2,500 square metres of open green space that will be home to year-round events and activations focused on amenity and wellbeing for our customers and the broader community.

With innovation and community at the heart of all we do, our vision is to create places for our customers to thrive – and the market is receptive.

“Sixty per cent of our first stage is pre-committed with high quality tenants, including a purpose-built data centre for a multinational operator, WiSE multidisciplinary medical and specialist emergency centre, and the consolidated Australian headquarters for Johnson & Johnson,” said Stockland’s Development Director, Commercial Property, Frank Ianni.

Connect and collaborate

MPark’s people-first design extends past its bricks and mortar. Ways of working and day-to-day life will be elevated beyond the ‘ordinary’ workplace through digital innovation.

A purpose-built customer experience app will provide contactless building access, car park booking and community information. A customer experience program will include a variety of social, cultural, health and wellbeing initiatives that can be booked seamlessly.

Our Platinum WiredScore Certification will guarantee our life sciences and technology customers have access to a best-in-class digital experience and uninterrupted 5G connectivity to ensure their employees’ day-to-day experience is as easy and enjoyable as possible4.

The importance of ESG

Delivering the workplace of the future must have environment, social, and governance at its core. At a time where being ‘green’ is the status quo, our goal is to deliver a nurturing environment for teams to perform at their best, while simultaneously protecting our planet.

Six Star Green Star, 5 Star NABERS and WELL Certified CORE Gold Level are just some of the credentials we are targeting upon the completion of our first building, 11 Khartoum Road. Beyond the ratings, MPark’s First Nations Engagement Strategy celebrates Darug culture and heritage and provides economic opportunities for Aboriginal people.
