Making moves that matter this Mental Health month
As Mental Health Month approaches, we are focusing on the power of connection to provide support across our workplaces for our tenants and their employees.
Stockland has long recognised the importance of mental health in the workplace, with people being our most important asset, looking after our teams mental health is paramount.
This year we are partnering with a variety of local businesses to deliver a program of services, products, and resources as part of our workplace employee engagement strategy.
Activations include complimentary caffeinated conversations with pop-up coffee providers to appear across workplaces to encourage colleagues to connect, check in with each other to protect themselves against loneliness and isolation.
Other services being offered will include mini massages, restorative yoga and interactive visits from therapy dogs designed to improve staff morale and highlight the need to prioritise health and wellbeing in the workplace.
We want people to feel supported and stronger every day, through all life’s ups and downs and have extended our support through the provision of wellness spaces and ongoing services year-round with yoga and HIIT movement classes being offered in locations such as MPark in the Macquarie Park innovation district and the Piccadilly Complex in Sydney's CBD.
A variety of resources are available with practical tips for your employees to prioritise and look after your wellbeing, please reach out to your building management team for more information.
Stockland is excited to continue working with you and your employees to bring positive impact for mental health in Australian communities.
