Encompassing Birtinya and Bokarina Beach residential precincts, the Sunshine Coast Health Precinct, Birtinya Town Centre, and Kawana Business Village, Oceanside maximizes opportunities associated with the Health Precinct and future public transport corridors. Notably, Oceanside introduces several Australian firsts, including a commercially operated multi-storey car park that achieved a 15% net reduction in parking requirements for the SCHP.
