We are thrilled to announce Ambrielle Stout from Jamaica Blue Baldivis has taken first place in the prestigious 2024 Jamaica Blue Barista National Competition! 🎉
 
Ambrielle’s journey to the top involved three intense competition rounds:

Round One: Barista Skills Challenge
Ambrielle demonstrated her expertise in technical skills, presentation, efficiency, and customer service, making six coffees for a panel of judges in only 8 minutes. Her ability to balance speed, precision, and interaction with the judges left an impression.

Round Two: Sensory Skills
In this round, Ambrielle identified ten unique scents with remarkable accuracy, further proving her exceptional sensory abilities.

Round Three: Free Pour Latte Art
The final round showcased Ambrielle’s artistic side, where she crafted 3 stunning lattes with designs determined by the Latte Art Wheel. Her creativity and technical prowess sealed her victory.
