Stockland's newest masterplanned community, Stockland Wildflower, is beginning to bloom in Perth's south-east corridor.

Located in the family-friendly suburb of Piara Waters, 26 kilometres south of Perth's CBD, Wildflower blends the best of both worlds promising tranquil, natural surrounds within the convenience of a well-connected community.

Wildflower is Stockland's first community in WA to be powered by all-electric energy, representing the future of sustainable development. Upon completion, Wildflower will be home to approximately 372 homesites and provide a range of housing designs and sizes for the community. The community is located near multiple schools, including Aspiri Primary School and the soon to open Piara Waters Senior High School.

There are also plans for a childcare centre and a destination playground to sit alongside established parks, sports facilities, shops, healthcare and schools.

Residents will have easy access to the nearby Kwinana Freeway, Armadale Road and Tonkin Highway as well as Cockburn Central train station; ensuring ease of travel to Perth's CBD and airport.
