Stockland's newest masterplanned community, Stockland Wildflower, is beginning to bloom in Perth's south-east corridor.

Located in the family-friendly suburb of Piara Waters, 26 kilometres south of Perth's CBD, Wildflower blends the best of both worlds promising tranquil, natural surrounds within the convenience of a well-connected community.

Wildflower is Stockland's first community in WA to be powered by all-electric energy, representing the future of sustainable development. Homes will also include cool roofs which are designed to reflect more sunlight than a conventional roof, lowering the temperature of homes and saving energy to reduce electricity bills.

With nature at the heart of this community, Wildflower will feature retained leafy, mature trees in its green spaces and parks to the north east of the community.

Stockland General Manager - WA Development, Col Dutton, said "For 70 years, Stockland has been creating and curating masterplanned communities, and Wildflower marks our sixth community in Perth's south-east corridor."

"Wildflower will be another vibrant and sustainable community, and its location means that residents will be well connected to established shops, cafes, and essential services, catering to the needs of families in Perth," he explained. "Our approach to the design of Wildflower means residents are not simply purchasing land, but also becoming part of a genuine community that promotes a healthy, connected and liveable lifestyle," Mr Dutton said.

Upon completion, Wildflower will be home to approximately 372 homesites and provide a range of housing designs and sizes for the community. The community is located near multiple schools, including Aspiri Primary School and the soon to open Piara Waters Senior High School.

There are also plans for a childcare centre and a destination playground to sit alongside established parks, sports facilities, shops, healthcare and schools.

Residents will have easy access to the nearby Kwinana Freeway, Armadale Road and Tonkin Highway as well as Cockburn Central train station; ensuring ease of travel to Perth's CBD and airport.
