The pilot Garden House project in Stockland Sienna Wood is now complete

The first stage of Stockland's Sienna Wood Garden House project - a pilot project by Stockland and Development WA - has officially concluded, delivering seven green-title homes in just over nine months. 

The homes proved to be popular with Perth buyers, revealing a strong demand for innovative and affordable housing in WA. 

Located within Stockland's award-winning Sienna Wood community, the two-bedroom 1.5 bathroom homes were built by Inspired Homes using innovative design and construction methods to improve build-time and cost efficiency.
