Sneak Peak at our new Wetland

We are excited to give you the first look at our brand-new renders* of our wetland. 

Below is a snapshot of the exciting project currently underway: 

• Total size of the wetland is 3.12ha, equivalent to 1.5 Marvel Stadiums 
• The Wetland is located to the south west of the project (near Highline Park)
• Civil construction is currently underway, and is anticipated to be completed by Mid-Late 2024. This means that the bulk earthworks, pipes and walking tracks will have been completed by then. 
• Then it is up to the Landscapers to make the Wetland a beautiful oasis and bring the space to life which we anticipate you will be able to enjoy by Mid-2025!

The Wetland will include wonderful plants and infrastructure such as: 

• Aquatic and native plant species.
• Grassed kick about area, walking paths, small picnic shelter & seating areas
• Planting of canopy trees and shrubs to maximise bird habitats and provide shading
