Grandview set to welcome new Convenience Centre
Residents at Stockland Grandview can anticipate the arrival of a new convenience centre, promising easy access to essential amenities. Convenience centre owner and developer, Right Property Group, have unveiled plans for this exciting addition, set to redefine convenience in the heart of the community.
Located on the corner or Altezze Drive and Hertali Street, the convenience centre will be built on 1,800 sqm land. It is anticipated to bring food options, health and wellbeing services, and specialty stores, serving as an easy place for residents to pick up daily necessities, all a short walk from home.

The convenience centre, designed by Melbourne architects UXD Group, is anticipated to commence construction in 2025 (pending approval from the Melton City Council).
