Our residential project in Tarneit continues to take shape moving into 2024 with our epic drone footage to help illustrate what goes into delivering a Stockland community like Grand Central!

We are pleased to report:

• Stages 15 & 16 have registered.
• Stages 17 & 18 have commenced roadworks.
• Stage 14 Reserve (Mantis Circuit Park) is now complete.
• Streetscapes have been delivered in Stages 11, 12 & 13.
• A pedestrian bridge connecting Precinct A & Precinct B is nearing completion and will be open to the public in the coming months.
• There are 2, 3 & 4-bedroom townhomes now selling.
