In an exciting development for the Evergreen community, one of the main arterial pieces of infrastructure in Pattersons Road is now open to the public.

Pattersons Road opening means purchasers from Stage 1 and Stage 2 can come and see their lot in person and allows you to get a photo with your lot board.

Other exciting developments for the Evergreen community include:

• Planning is well underway for our brand-new Sales Office with on-site activation estimated for December
• The Evergreen Display Village is progressing well, with a selection of Victoria's most well-respected builders on board to display a selection of their most popular floorplans
• Stage 1 and Stage 2 now registered
• Stage 3 currently on communications stage and due for registration in August
• Stages 13 and 16 progressing well with registration due in October/November
