We're excited to announce that onsite construction has officially commenced at Evergreen, including the following updates.

• Earthworks have progressed on Stages 1, 2, 3 including Patterson's Road in the Precinct Village
• Both stages 1 and 2 are on track to be completed middle of the year 2022, with stage 3 and 13 following mid to end of 2022
• Stage 13 including the Ballarto Rd entry will commence before the end of the year
• All stages will have Reconophalt recycled concrete throughout - creating environmentally conscious roads
• The design of the waterway has commenced with a key focus on activation opportunities for the Evergreen community
• The Stage 17 park design (Ballarto end) has also commenced design and more information will be available in the coming months
