The park has been specifically designed to protect a stony rise that is culturally significant to the Wurundjeri People, and 200-year-old River Red Gums that sit on the site.

Cloverton’s newest park will also include:

  • Two giant slide towers
  • BBQ facilities
  • Two sheltered seating areas
  • A flying fox
  • A rock-climbing wall
  • Balancing obstacles
  • Swings and jungle gym
  • Turfed kick-about area
  • Considered planting to promote biodiversity
  • Walking and cycling paths

Construction of the 2-hectare sized park will commence later this year with completion scheduled for mid-2025*.
