Stage 1:  Built form is progressing well with works progressing on timber framing, roofing works and external brick works. Internal fit-outs are due to commence in the coming months.

Stage 2:  Civil works has now reach Practical Completion with final service testing and commissioning in progress.  The appointed Stage 2 builder will commence construction on the first set of homes in April.

Stage 3:  Civil works are well underway with final footpath and concrete works in progress.  Final lot levelling to be completed before the stage reaches Practical Completion.
