Stockland’s Standards of Safety (SoS) framework targets high-risk activities like working at heights, excavation, live services, scaffolding, and traffic management. These standards aren’t just for Stockland employees; they extend to contractors and partners on their projects, like SEE Civil, who can access the guidelines online, alongside resources, incident reporting, and feedback channels.

For SEE Civil, safety compliance is at the cornerstone of their operations and an integral part of the brand. "We don’t see it as red tape," Adam says. "It’s about raising the bar and keeping our standards high." 

With Stockland and SEE Civil on the same page, the safety-first mindset becomes a shared language. “The working environment between contractor and client is vital,” Adam adds.  

“Being transparent and aligned on safety expectations is key, and it’s something we’ve certainly achieved with Stockland.”
