Stockland's graduate program recognised once again

13 February 2023

Stockland’s graduate program has again been recognised in the Australian Financial Review (AFR) annual survey as one of Australia’s top 100 graduate employers.

Stockland’s Chief People and Stakeholder Engagement Officer, Karen Lonergan said Stockland was proud to be consistently included as a top graduate employer by the AFR.

“Year after year, our graduate program has proven to be an outstanding opportunity for people wanting to have a real impact in the property industry, and in the Australian business community,” Ms Lonergan said.

“The candidates who gain a place in our graduate program are diverse, and bring a range of thinking, capabilities and skills which we consider critical to the delivery of our business strategy.

“Recent changes to our program mean graduates have more autonomy over their Stockland experience, in which they now have a blend of pre-determined and elective six-month rotations. This curation gives them a great opportunity to experience roles in all corners of the business.

“Our program is designed to encourage and support the emerging careers of the next generation supporting Stockland’s ambitions and our role as a leading creator and curator of connected communities,” Ms Lonergan said.

In FY23, Stockland continued its commitment to its program, with 36 new graduates on board from nearly 20 universities across Australia.

Applications for 2024 will open in July 2023.
