Stockland welcomes new additions to Shellharbour Retail Park
Baby Bunting, TK Maxx and Rebel will each officially open their doors to the public this Thursday, 16 May, as new welcomed additions to Stockland’s Shellharbour Retail Park.
Petbarn and Roni’s will follow closely behind, opening this Friday, 17 May, and next Wednesday, 5 June, respectively.
The five stores will cover more than 7,500 square metres of combined space in the retail park and will complement the existing lineup of brands currently offered.
Daniel Buchanan, Centre Manager, Shellharbour Retail Park, said: “We are thrilled to offer our customers not just one, but five new stores at Shellharbour Retail Park.
“We know that our customers want a shopping experience that is both simple and diverse,” he continued.
“We are continuing to improve our retail options and deliver on that appeal, now offering a wider variety of choices all in one convenient location.”
Baby Bunting will be the only one if its kind in Illawara, helping to ease the hunt for baby products in the South Coast region.
The new stores will be running celebratory activities throughout the coming weeks, including barbecues, an animal petting zoo, prizes and giveaways, as well as sport star appearances.
Shellharbour Retail Park will offer festivities of its own on Saturday, 1 June, from 10am to 4pm, at the retail park. It will feature fashion shows, cooking demonstrations, face painting and fun giveaways.
Shellharbour Retail Park is located on a 7.5 hectare site is in close proximity to Stockland Shellharbour. This retail park development is anchored by Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s, eight mini majors and eight specialty stores. On expiry of the lease, the Bunnings site will be reconfigured into multiple mini-major tenancies.
