Stockland Hervey Bay prepares to welcome JB Hi-Fi

Stockland Hervey Bay today proudly announced that it is preparing to welcome JB Hi-Fi to the shopping centre later this year.

JB Hi-Fi is Australia’s largest home entertainment retailer, offering a leading range of the world’s best brands of home appliances and consumer electronics. The new JB Hi-Fi store at Stockland Hervey Bay will occupy 1,300 square metres of floor space. The new store will occupy a large portion of the space that has been vacated by the closure of the IGA supermarket.

Paul Davis, Centre Manager at Stockland Hervey Bay, said: “The arrival of JB Hi-Fi will be a positive addition to the centre, offering customers an extensive range of the very latest home entertainment systems, games consoles, mobile phones, laptops, tablets and other devices and appliances. JB Hi-Fi has a strong reputation for offering great brands at great prices.

“And while it has been disappointing to see the closure of IGA, a long-standing retailer at the centre, we’re experiencing high demand from new retailers who are eager to open their stores and introduce new brands, products and services to our highly valued customers. Most recently, we’ve welcomed Dory’s Seafood and King IT, which is soon to open, a one-stop shop for phone, tablet, PC and Mac upgrades and repairs. We look forward to continuing to introduce an exciting mix of new retailers to our customers this year.”

Stockland Hervey Bay is the premier shopping and entertainment destination for the Wide Bay Region. It is the largest shopping centre between Maroochydore and Rockhampton with more than 110 retailers, a 500 seat café style food court with outdoor dining and natural light, and 1,680 car parking spaces for the convenience of customers.
