Stockland Halcyon awarded Australia’s best land lease community development.
Stockland Halcyon Greens has been awarded Best Land Lease Community Development at this month’s prestigious 2023 Property Council of Australia’s National Retirement Living Awards.
Located in Pimpama, north of the Gold Coast, Stockland Halcyon Greens is surrounded by nature reserves and native wetlands, and adjacent to Gainsborough Greens Championship Golf Course.

Entrants were judged on factors including project vision and innovation, quality of design and finish, customer facilities and satisfaction as well as industry and community perception.
