Stockland celebrates sweet deals with free events at Aura and Birtinya

A series of free fun-filled events are being held in Stockland’s Aura and Birtinya communities next month to celebrate an exciting new deal which is offering homebuyers a raft of sweet savings.

An action-packed evening of entertainment will feature in both communities on Saturday, 2 February, with residents and visitors invited to join in the fun of Stockland’s Home Sweeter Home Sale.

Aura Display Village will come alive with a special twilight Summer Celebration from 4pm to 7pm, with a host of activities including free face painting, games, sports demonstrations and even a cycle smoothie bar.

Healthy eating demonstrations, market stalls, food trucks, and displays on topics ranging from finance and budgeting to wellness will be part of a full program of fun at the display village, at 1 Lukin Terrace, Baringa.

At Birtinya meanwhile, free live entertainment, food and refreshments, and giveaways will complement an opportunity for buyers to learn about a host of exciting Stockland projects on offer including Sway Birtinya Townhomes and Sunny Lane Terrace homes in Birtinya, along with Affina Townhomes at Brightwater.

The friendly sales team will be available to answer questions, with the evening taking place at the Birtinya Sales and Information Centre, on the corner of Lake Kawana Boulevard and Birtinya Boulevard, from 4-6pm.  

First home buyers will also be given a wealth of tips on how to prepare financially for a new home on Wednesday, 13 February, during a special session at Aura, with local finance experts offering insights into the buying process.

Held at Aura Sales and Vision Centre from 6pm to 7.30pm, topics covered will include interest rates, deposits, construction loans, grants and what to consider when building a new home.

Stockland’s Home Sweeter Home Sale is offering $10,000 off all residential lots in Stockland’s thriving Queensland communities as well as a $20,000 deposit reduction and a $10,000 bonus visa gift card on Sway and Affina Townhomes from 14 January to 3 March.

There is also help available with the construction process, with up to $25,000 available in bonuses from a selection of Stockland’s building partners.

Adrian Allen, Regional Manager at Stockland, said the savings on offer would make buying a brand new home even more affordable.
