Stockland has announced that the EG Ampol Fuel and Convenience store has opened, bringing a new one-stop destination for fuel, food and daily essentials to the Aura community.

Located on Symonds Way, Baringa, the fuel and food hub is located in the Aura Business Park and near the recently extended Bells Creek Arterial Road, with an Oporto also open on the site.

Stockland Aura Project Director Josh Sondergeld said the new fuel and convenience store will help cater to the needs of the growing community.

“At Stockland, our priority is to keep residents well connected to schools, shops, and transport links. We are pleased to see the fuel and convenience store now open, providing residents and the community with a place to refuel and pick up their last-minute essentials,” Mr Sondergeld said.

Stage one of the site development, which is now complete, includes the EG Ampol Fuel and Convenience store with an attached Oporto drive-through.

Stage two, which is expected to open before Christmas, will see the addition of a standalone Guzman y Gomez, adding to the range of dining options available.

EG Australia spokesperson, Leo Pucar, said EG is delighted to see the opening of the new fuel and convenience store at Baringa come to fruition.

“Our EG locations have set a new standard for quality branded fuel, coffee and food and we are thrilled to be bringing our compelling offer to the residents of Baringa,” said Mr Pucar.

“It is fantastic to see this modern and convenient offering become a reality.  We can’t wait to open our doors to our customers as we are really looking forward to serving the community of Aura.”
