New homes sites released in popular Pallara community
An exciting new range of home sites has been released at Stockland Pallara, coinciding with the imminent completion of roadworks which will provide an important second entry/exit point for the popular masterplanned community.
The land release is in a convenient, family-friendly location in the rapidly developing community which incorporates a wide range of affordable, quality housing options in Brisbane’s south-western growth corridor.
David Laner, Acting Queensland General Manager for Residential at Stockland, said the new home sites would appeal to a full spectrum of customers, from first home buyers to families, downsizers and those upgrading.
“Pallara is celebrating a number of important milestones including the soon-to-be completed Pallara Avenue, which will be an important connecting link and provide a second point of entry into the community,” Mr Laner said.
“At Pallara, Stockland has also recently opened its first feng shui-designed park in Australia, and it is exciting to see our thriving new community starting to come into its own.
“The community is a hive of activity with many new homes under construction and sales continue to be strong as new home buyers are attracted by the affordable and healthy lifestyle just 19 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD.”
Lots in the new release will range in size from 313 square metres to 448 square metres, and will be priced from $275,900 to $329,900.
New Pallara residents Lakhvir and Rajwinder Sidhu are among the many first home buyers flocking to the community, having recently built a spacious four-bedroom home on a 571 square metre corner block.
They received the keys to their new Pallara home just in time to welcome their second child, daughter Vani, to the family.
“We’re still settling in but have recently completed a few finishing touches like the deck and the gardening,” Lakhvir said.
“We love Pallara because it’s close to work and our son Prithveer’s school – it’s a good location for a new community.”
Pallara’s innovative Feng Shui-designed park, on Pallara Avenue, has been designed to take good energy to the next level. The park offers families a chance to play in a unique space that features a reflexology path, a sanctuary area, cricket practice net, ping pong table and a children’s playground.
Surrounded by lush, natural bushland, Pallara will ultimately feature around 720 new homes and more than 2,000 residents on completion. It will feature kilometres of walking and cycling tracks, a neighbourhood centre with retail, medical and childcare facilities, and a business park.
