Halcyon Berwick celebrates clubhouse milestone
This week, Halcyon Berwick, Stockland’s first lifestyle community designed for over 50s in Victoria, hosted an open day to celebrate the one-year anniversary of its multimillion-dollar clubhouse.
The $7.6 million Stockland Halcyon Berwick clubhouse is a community-focused leisure and recreation facility that includes a luxurious bar, lounges and entertaining areas, an indoor cinema, wellness centre with heated swimming pool, spa and gym, bowls green and pickleball court.
Nearly 100 guests, including homeowners and the community, attended the free event to celebrate the milestone with their neighbours, and had the opportunity to experience the quality facilities at a Stockland Halcyon community.
Nicole Guirguis, Project Director – Stockland Halcyon Communities, said it was good to welcome people who have expressed interest in other Stockland Halcyon communities due to launch in Victoria over the coming year in Clyde, Craigieburn and near Geelong.
“The opening of the clubhouse marked a new era in over 50’s living for the Berwick homeowners and we wanted to celebrate the milestone. The clubhouse has become a central place that gives homeowners the opportunity to connect with new friends, keep fit or just relax,” said Ms Guirguis.
“One of the benefits of living in Halcyon Berwick is that facilities like the clubhouse are literally on your doorstep and our homeowners can live life to the fullest with luxury amenities.”
Stockland Halcyon communities are designed for homeowners to enjoy their next chapter with quality homes, designer finishes and resort-style facilities.
