First public sales release for Birtinya Retirement Village
Stockland will this week launch its first public sales release for the $63 million Birtinya Retirement Village, with a mix of one, two and three bedroom low maintenance high-lifestyle apartments available, with prices starting from only $333,000.*
Birtinya Retirement Village is a private retirement community with a focus on wellbeing, located in prime position within the Sunshine Coast Health Precinct, which includes the new $1.8 billion Sunshine Coast University Hospital and $200 million Ramsay Sunshine Coast Private University Hospital.

Guests will enjoy lunch overlooking Lake Kawana while enjoying live music and guest speakers. There will also be the opportunity for a bus tour to see the new retirement development underway and of course to secure your favourite apartment.
Upon completion, Birtinya Retirement Village will include a mix of 140 one, two and three bedroom apartments, with stone benchtops, luxurious tiles and carpets.
