MPark is Macquarie Park’s new hub for work, life and innovation and Stockland’s latest workplace development, located 12 kilometres north-west of the City of Sydney.

Designed to stimulate imagination, collaboration and wellness, MPark Stage 1 has been designed to seamlessly integrate diverse outdoor spaces with the three workplace buildings. The future 3,600* employees will benefit from the significant shared amenity and retail, including health and medical offerings and the 2,500 square metre open park.

The park will feature public art and a tiered amphitheatre for gatherings, entertainment and places to socialise and dine. It will become an extension of the modern workplace, with access to Wi-Fi and power for outdoor team collaboration, individual focused work, or to stay connected while socialising.

Leading in technology and environmental sustainability, MPark facilitates wellbeing, productivity and connectivity. Stage 1 will become a certified carbon neutral precinct that will be fully electric with high energy efficiency and powered by renewable energy. All workplace buildings have been designed to meet the sustainability expectations by achieving 6 Star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS energy in operation ratings. Designed to incorporate the best-in-class features of connectivity, MPark has achieved Platinum WiredScore certification^ - meaning no mobile phone drop outs when entering the lift or carpark. The buildings will also become WELL Certified (Core Gold level) to enhance the health and wellbeing of people working in and visiting the building.

The first workplace building, 11 Khartoum Road, was completed in late 2023 and is occupied by WiSE Medical, CHEP and Audika, with the Naked Duck and Axis Communications moving in later this year. With its terrazzo finish and amphitheatre, the lobby is proving to be a popular spot for knowledge sharing, networking and connecting, while the spec suites offer a glimpse of what’s possible with ready-to-move in space, abundant natural light and sweeping views of Lane Cove National Park.

The final two workplace buildings, including Johnson & Johnson’s new head office located at 17 Khartoum Road, are expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
