Home Completion Journey

In case you missed it, the construction of homes has begun at Halcyon Wildflower, Stockland’s first Halcyon community in Western Australia.

Minister for Planning, Lands, Housing and Homelessness, the Hon. John Carey, and Mayor of Armadale, Ruth Butterfield, turned the first sod to officially get work underway late last year. It was an exciting day for everyone involved and you can watch a video of that event below.

Since then, our first slabs have been poured and work is progressing well on-site, which means our first homes are on track for completion in late-2025.

Each home has been architecturally designed for over-55s and all homeowners will have exclusive access to resort-style facilities, including a clubhouse, a health and wellness centre, and an outdoor entertainment precinct.

Civil Works Progress

We are excited to share that the roads for Stage 1 of the community are now complete, with the front entrance concrete pours in full swing! We look forward to sharing the final result with you soon.

Stage 2 civil works are scheduled to commence in April.

Builder Update
The builders have now commenced on-site! A major milestone for the community, we are happy to welcome Devplex to the Halcyon Wildflower team.

The first slabs have recently been poured on-site for our future display village, with many more slabs to follow. With the first homes scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2025, your dream home is closer than ever!

From everyone at Halcyon Wildflower, thank you for being part of this exciting journey. We can’t wait to see this amazing community come to life, and we look forward to keeping keep you updated along the way.
