What do I do?

The Sales Associate role is diverse, as it supports a range of internal departments from the initial development of the community, through to the last settlement, whilst always ensuring to provide exceptional customer service to our homebuyers/owners. A key responsibility is sales administration, maintaining client records, preparing sales marketing packs, answering queries and contract administration. Another important aspect is what I can best compare to as an office manager. Ensuring a smooth set up at start the of a new community, the ongoing efficient operation of the Sales office/Welcome Centre and the excellent presentation of our display homes. We also work closely with our marketing team in ensuring all marketing collateral, physical and digital, are current and assisting in preparation and execution of sales and community events.

How I can help

By being the supportive bridge between our clients and all key internal and external stakeholders. I always strive to provide the highest level of service and care to our homebuyer/owners, as it’s a difficult decision to move home; especially given most of our clients have lived in their family homes for many years.

When you might meet me

From initial enquiry stage to settlement and beyond. The Sales Associate might be your first point of contact on your first visit, as we are seated at reception to greet all visitors to our welcome centre. You will often receive your follow up communications from the Sales Associate as we’re busy in the background supporting the Sales Professional throughout your sale journey.

Fun fact

I’m an avid DIY’er, from smaller hobbies like crochet, sewing, hairdressing, and every beauty treatment imaginable; to bigger projects like the current owner-builder renovation of my home. I love being creative and learning new skills, I find it so rewarding figuring out how things work.

The Home Specialist is your main point of contact as a homebuyer, guiding you from contract execution, all the way to home completion.

You will first meet your Home Specialist for your customisation appointment where you make the selections and variations for your new home, or if you've purchased a Turnkey home, they will take you through all the selections and upgrades that have been included.

Then, through the build stage, your Home Specialist will organise site visits and send you progress updates. Finally, towards the end of your homebuyer journey, your Home Specialist will book in your settlement day and organise all the final details to help you move into your brand new home.
