We will aim to provide you with a Developer Insights update every second month and hope these insights will help you feel informed, engaged, and excited to be a part of our community, whether you are eagerly awaiting to move into your brand-new home or already a proud home-owner!

Our team at Halcyon Jardin is made up of Nicky Guirguis (Project Director), Evelyn Chronis (Development Manager), Anthony Katakis (Assistant Development Manager), Nawid Ashaqzoda (Project Manager), Felicity Adams (Project Manager), Chantelle Pay (Sales Professional), Ashley Matthews Wray (Sales Associate), Roshni John (Housing Specialist), Chris Shepherdson (Community Manager), and Howard Andrews (Facility Caretaker).
Each Developer Insights will introduce another member of the team to help you get to know what we do, who we are, and how we can help you live your best life at Halcyon Jardin.
Next up is Howard Andrews, who you may already know as the Facilities Caretaker for the community. We asked him a few questions about himself and his role.
What's the day to day like in your role?
I look after the grounds and facilities to enhance home owner delight. I make sure the landscaping and streetscapes are presenting nicely and will look after the future bowling green, pickleball courts, and swimming pool to name a few. Any facility repairs that are required are also part of my role.
How does your role impact our homeowners and homebuyers?
I help ensure that both homeowners and homebuyers will have access and use of top class facilities. Most of the work I do normally isn't very visible, however you'll definitely notice it when it hasn't been done. I work behind the scenes to make sure things are kept running smoothly.
What's a fun fact about yourself?
In a previous life I was a nightclub DJ in Central London. I have plenty of stories that I'm happy to share. When you see me around feel free to stop by and say hello.

The Home Specialist is your main point of contact as a homebuyer, guiding you from contract execution, all the way to home completion.
You will first meet your Home Specialist for your customisation appointment where you make the selections and variations for your new home, or if you've purchased a Turnkey home, they will take you through all the selections and upgrades that have been included.
Then, through the build stage, your Home Specialist will organise site visits and send you progress updates. Finally, towards the end of your homebuyer journey, your Home Specialist will book in your settlement day and organise all the final details to help you move into your brand new home.

First Settlements
We're excited to announce that we have welcomed our first group of homeowners into the community this week! This is a significant milestone for all, and we look forward to celebrating with you all once you move in!
Home Completion Journey
- The first 6 homes have now been settled.

Housing construction is progressing well, with 10 homes issued practical completion, 74 slabs poured and 70 frames installed in Stage 1.
We are excited to announce an update to our community solar strategy that will provide long term benefits to all homeowners. Moving forwards, all homes will be fitted with a 3.9kW solar system as a standard inclusion, with the system to be owned (and maintained) by each homeowner. This change will come at no additional cost and will assist reducing your energy bills for years to come.
The installation of the systems will take some time, as we are still waiting on our authority approval for the change of strategy. While there may be some disruption to you during installation, we will work with our install partners and you to minimise this disruption as much as possible. Stay tuned for more details!

Community Facilities
We are excited to announce that the community Clubhouse has started construction with Jardon Group!
Recently celebrated with a SOD turn event, the Clubhouse is scheduled for completion in late 2025. We look forward to celebrating this momentous occasion with you in the near future.
As this progresses, we have transformed one of our first built homes into a ‘Temporary’ Clubhouse, which opened this week alongside the community's first settlements! This will be accessible to all Jardin homeowners living in the community.
Those living in the community will be able to enjoy this ‘Temporary’ Clubhouse as an extension of their home – whether it’s to play a game of table tennis, relax with a book in the library, or a enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the living room. The welcoming space is designed for you to gather for fun, socialising and relaxation, offering a preview of the experiences to come in the permanent Clubhouse!
Landscaping and Civil works
Landscaping and Civil works
Civil works are progessing well. Stage 2 works are currently nearing completion, with underground services including sewer, drainage, water, electrical and most of the communications now complete. In addition, most of the roads throughout the Jardin community have been poured and the retaining wall along Yeungroon Boulevard has commenced construction. These are on track to be completed early in the new year.
Landscaping
Landscaping works around the community’s main entrance, including the vehicle gate, intercom map and the entry boulevard planting along Pavilion Road are now complete. This is an exciting milestone to have these shared spaces ready to be used by the first homeowners.
Additionally, the mail house and its surrounding structure has been installed, with final touches to the roof elements anticipated to be completed within the next few weeks.

It’s been great to catch up with most of you at our community events at Halcyon Jardin. The energy is always incredible and I cannot wait to see the community grow.
We had a strong start to Spring with our Tastes of St Germain event at our Welcome Centre. Offering a wide variety of food options from the neighbourhood town centre, it was great being able to catch up with everyone to celebrate the start of Spring!
I am pleased to be able to share that the nearby medical precinct has opened at St Germain Central. Including a GP Clinic, medical specialists and a "supergym" courtesy of Anytime Fitness, I'm sure these local services will benefit the Jardin community greatly.
As a reminder, don't forget to register for our exclusive VIP tour of our display homes on 22nd November. Joining the expansive catalogue of display homes across Jardin and Evergreen, we hope you enjoy exploring our stunning new displays as the first to walk through them.
Lastly, we have welcomed our first group of homeowners into the community this week. A major milestone for Jardin, I am looking forward to seeing the community connections grow as we welcome future homeowners into the Jardin community.
