Development continues at Halcyon Evergreen
In October 2023, Halcyon Evergreen home buyers enjoyed their first ‘Meet the Builder’ held onsite.
Garnering interest from both new customers and homebuyers, attendees were able to explore their home sites, see the exciting construction progress first-hand and meet our newly appointed home builder.
Construction at Halcyon Evergreen is now well underway, with a number of exciting milestones being achieved.
Located in Clyde, Melbourn’s South East, 10km from Halcyon Berwick, is all about a space, with large homes, large blocks and expansive facilities, surrounded by country landscape to the west and south.
Project Director Nicole Guirguis said it was great opportunity for home buyers to see the community taking shape.
“For those wanting to escape to the country without the maintenance of acreage living, this community has it all. Halcyon Evergreen will stay true to its roots by retaining its natural charm and paying homage to its surrounds,” Nicole said.
“Earthworks commenced early 2023 and the slab for our onsite Welcome Centre has now been poured, which is a very exciting milestone for the community.”
The Welcome Centre is due to open early in 2024, so people will be able to visit us onsite, view the community masterplan and explore our home choices gallery, where ther’s a range of upgrades and customisations they can make to their homes.
Nicole said the first part of the facilities are also anticipated to be delivered in the first half of next year.
“The Stables precinct features our social dining and lounge space, private dining room, community kitchen and bar and our gold class style cinema, so it will be great to have this open for our foundation homeowners to enjoy once they move in,” Nicole said.
“It was great to have our foundation homeowners out onsite at the Meet the Builder Event to see the progress we’ve made since launching earlier this year.”
“At the event, we also announced our partnership with Buildlab, who will be undertaking the home construction at Halcyon Evergreen.”
