Construction underway for $13.5 million Clubhouse at Halcyon Evergreen

We're excited to announce construction has commenced on our new state-of-the-art Clubhouse at Halcyon Evergreen. 

The $13.5 million facility will feature resort-style amenities including: 

• Indoor pool and outdoor spa 
• Fully equipped gym and sauna 
• Yoga deck 
• 3 pickleball courts 
• Bowling green 
• Library and social spaces 
• BBQ area with pizza oven and firepit 
• Community vegetable garden and greenhouse 

The Clubhouse complements our existing Stables Precinct and will be built by local builders, Jardon, with completion expected in late-2025.
