Halcyon Berwick leading the way for luxury over 55s living

Stockland’s Halcyon Berwick is setting a new standard of luxury living designed for over 55s in the Victorian market, achieving multiple sales over $1 million.

Since launching in May 2021, Halcyon Berwick has had strong market acceptance, with projected sales currently 18 months ahead of schedule.
