Berwick is almost complete, with just two settlements left to go!
Since the community first launched in 2021, we’ve seen Halcyon Berwick grow to become the multi-award-winning development it is today with 175 architecturally designed homes, resort-quality facilities, and an active social community.
Halcyon Berwick currently hosts over 260 residents. As the development reaches its last settlements, we look forward to welcoming the final homeowners over the coming months.

Hobby Shed
We hope you have been enjoying the new Hobby Shed facility. Please be advised that if it is your first time using the Hobby Shed, you will need to complete a short induction on how to use the tools safely. You will only need to attend the induction once. Our Community Manager Raj will be able to take you through this process.

2-Year Front Yard Maintenance Period
When you first moved into your home, Stockland committed to maintaining the front garden of your home for a period of 2 years from your settlement date. This service helps keep your garden vibrant and well-maintained as it establishes in its new environment. The current schedule for these maintenance works can be found here.
At the end of this two-year maintenance period, you’ll receive a notice about transitioning front yard maintenance responsibilities to you. Please note, Stockland will continue to mow the natural grass lawn at the front of your home and provide ongoing landscaping maintenance throughout the Community’s common areas.

Defects and Warranty
Defects and Warranty
At settlement, you received a "defect list" document to record any minor defects found in your home during your 180 Day Defect Liability Period (DLP), which commenced from the date of your settlement.
A reminder will be sent to you two weeks prior to the conclusion of your DLP, notifying you that the warranty period is coming to an end, and requesting you submit your completed defect list to berwickwarranty@stockland.com.au.
Following receipt of your list, we will organise for a time for a representative from Stockland and Creation Homes to visit your home to assess the defects. Once the defects have been approved by both parties, the builder will be in contact with you to arrange a time for the relevant trades to visit your home and complete the rectification works.
For major defects or if you're unsure if a defect qualifies as "major" or "minor," please email berwickwarranty@stockland.com.au. Include in the subject line:
- Site # – QUERY – [Item] ; or
- Site # – MAJOR DEFECT – [Item].
Please also include a photo and description of the issue in the email.

We are excited to announce Rajbeer Singh Kara as the new Community Manager at Halcyon Berwick.
Raj needs no introduction, as we are confident Raj has already established a significant presence within the community. Since joining us in June, Raj has infused an incredible amount of energy and vibrancy into Halcyon Berwick. We eagerly anticipate the positive impact he will continue to have.
We would also like to extend our thanks to Jade and Chris for their fantastic support during the interim. Luckily, they remain close by, continuing their exemplary work at Halcyon Evergreen and Halcyon Jardin.
Please join us in welcoming back John Furness as he returns to Halcyon Berwick taking on the Operation Managerial role. John Furness will be a familiar face to many of you as the previous Community Manager & Facilities Caretaker before going on leave.

It was fantastic to see a massive turnout for the recent Sounds of Spring event at Halcyon Berwick! There was plenty of food, fun, laughter, and dancing to be shared throughout the afternoon, as the community came together to celebrate.
We would like to thank the entire Halcyon Berwick community for making the Sounds of Spring event very memorable. We look forward to getting together with you again soon as the festive season quickly approaches.
