Lifestyle, connection and community sits at the heart of Halcyon Promenade and a huge part of that focus is the fun events which are held regularly.

This March saw a St Patrick’s Day event held at The Komo in Redcliffe, with homeowners and prospective buyers coming together, enjoying a day of music, laughter, dancing, and entertainment. The event allowed homeowners who haven’t yet moved in, to mingle with those who have already moved in, creating a wonderful sense of community.

Beth Wells will move into Halcyon Promenade with husband, David Wells,  in a few weeks. "This is the fourth event we've been to and we haven't moved in yet," she says. "We've met so many lovely people and we are so excited to make Halcyon Promenade our home."

There was a sea of green as attendees enjoyed dressing in their best St Patrick’s Day attire. There was even a ‘Halcyon Promenade Pot of Gold’ that current homeowner Cecilia Nunes-Rocha made especially for the event.

Halcyon Promenade Sales Consultant Lauren Kennaugh says homeowners can look forward to exploring old and new passions. "A community this size will see 30 to 40 interest groups so there really is something for everyone," she says.

Patrick Robinson, current homeowner and lead singer of the band playing at the event, says these events are hugely popular. "Are we having a good time," he calls out to the crowd. "We're having an absolute ball.”

Another excited future homeowner, Dianne Bearley, says the event is a “fantastic way of everyone getting together and getting to know each other before they move into their new home.”

The lifestyle at Stockland Halcyon communities are built around freedom, convenience and connection. Halcyon Promenade is located close to Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Bruce Highway offering easy access to travel.
