Stockland Halcyon Coves has officially launched! On Friday 21st June, an exclusive list of potential homebuyers joined the Stockland Halcyon team for lunch to connect and celebrate over the foundation release of homes at this Sunshine Coast community.

The foundation release features a comprehensive variety of house designs with a selection of highly-sought after boundary sites that overlook the Bells Creek Conservation area. With luxury as standard, the first release at Halcyon Coves has already seen a significant amount of interest.

All guests enjoyed delicious 3-course meal with surrounding ocean views. The first buyers excitedly placed holds on their dream sites, topping off the celebration with plenty of smiles on the day. It was a fantastic event enjoyed by all who attended.
