Coffee Ground Recycling Initiative
Stockland Wendouree have partnered with GroundUp Coffee Recyclers and Waste Options to bring an eco-friendly solution to recycling coffee grounds with our food retailers. The first dedicated service of its kind in Ballarat, GroundUp Coffee Recyclers offers the hospitality industry a simple and sustainable solution for their coffee grounds and kitchen scraps. Saving the planet one cup of coffee at a time.
Their service offers an effective, sustainable solution for cafes and restaurants by delivering valuable resources to small scale and regenerative farmers in the local region in order to close the loop. From land, to table and back again.
