Parking
Parking is free at Stockland Shellharbour and available both outdoor and undercover. There are over 3,000 car spaces for our customers? convenience including undercover car spaces. Disabled and Parents with Prams parking spaces are located close to the Centre entrances.

Customer Care Services
Stockland Shellharbour has two Customer Care Centres. Customer Care 1 is located on the Ground Floor near the Food Court travelators and Lorna Jane. Customer Care 2 is located near the pedestrian entry to the West Car Park opposite NAB. The Customer Care Centre is open seven days a week and can be contacted on (02) 4296 8266, the Customer Care Centre offers a variety of services you need to make shopping easier. Parents' Room
On completion the Centre will have four well-equipped Parents Rooms. The existing Parents? Rooms are located near Payless Shoes, behind the Food Court and next to the central circulation travelators on both Ground and Plaza Levels of the Centre.
Our state-of-the-art Parents Room includes:
- Change tables
- Complimentary heated baby wipes
- Private feeding rooms complete with TV's
- Wash basins
- Play equipment for toddlers
- Nappy bins
- Toilets for both parent and child
- Bottle warming
- Microwave and food preparation area
- Comfortable seating.

Say it with a Stockland Gift Card
The Stockland Gift Card is an exciting way for customers to shop at Stockland Shopping Centres, adding another level of convenience to the your shopping experience.
The Gift Card is an electronic card the same size and look of a regular debit card. It can be used at over 2000 participating retailers across Australia in Stockland Shopping Centres. It is great for fashion, gifts, fresh food, eating out and so much more.
A Stockland Gift Card can say 'Happy Birthday', 'I love You', or 'Merry Christmas'. At work, it is a job 'well done' or at a sporting presentation, 'Congratulations'.
Gift Cards can be credited with any amount between $10 and $500, making it a flexible gift, perfect for any member if the family.
You can get your Stockland Gift Card from the Customer Care Centre. There is a $1.50 administration fee per Gift Card issued.

Disabled facilities
Disabled facilities are located near Payless Shoes, near the Bus Stop, behind the Food Court, in the Target Mall, in the City Square and next to the central circulation travelators on both Ground and Plaza Levels of the Centre. Disabled parking spaces are located outside every entrance to the centre.

Kidz Cabs
Kidz Cabs make shopping with children a little easier. They are available to hire free of charge from the Customer Care Centre.
