A better way to live at Wildflower

Stockland Wildflower is leading the way in WA. You could join a community of homeowners making a thoughtful and proactive choice for the future of their family and the home they live in.

As an all-electric community, sustainability is at our core. That's why we not only encourage, but also reward you for making clever choices in your new home.

An all-electric community
Wildflower is Stockland's first all-electric community in WA. A bold move to offer forward-thinking families healthier homes on a path toward renewable energy sources.
Cool roofs
Light-coloured roofs reflect more sunlight and absorb less heat. This means cooler homes and urban environments.
Electric Vehicle charger ready
Future-proof your home at Wildflower, with all garages easily accommodating EV charger facilities.

Wildflower, For Tomorrow.

Building your home here means incorporating the design essentials above, as well as giving thought to other forward-thinking design principles.

Stockland's first all-electric community in WA

Think back 5 years ago, how many Teslas did you see on the road compared to now? Since our launch in 2022, the state of Victoria has made the decision for all new homes to become all electric, too. Bit by bit the world is changing. At Wildflower you'll be able to tell people you were one of the first in WA to embrace all-electric life.

It's the right thing to do. For your wallet, your family's health and the planet.

Why Electrify? From Rewiring Australia

Livable Housing Australia (LHA) Silver Standard

Do you live in a house where your elbows knock the door frame as you carry the washing out? Or maybe it's a mission to get the pram outside when you're going for a walk? Maybe you have that one spot where you always have to remind your Nan to watch her step? Livable Housing means homes that are easier, safer and more comfortable to live in - for all abilities and life stages. Chat to your builder about how some of the LHA Silver Standard could be adopted in your new home to make it more livable.

Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS)

Will your home make the most of the warm winter northern light? Will it be insulated and air tight so your air con doesn't have to work over time? The Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) gives us a framework to optimise the energy performance of homes.

From May 2025, all homes in WA must be built to a 7-star NatHERS benchmark. Why not get on the front foot and bring your home up to that standard, now?

Visit the NatHERS website for more information and guidelines.
